Apparently a few folks have received SpotPass messages informing them at some point they’ll receive a SpotPass message with the details about the free Game Boy Advance games that anyone who is a part of the Ambassador Program will be receiving this year. So yes, this is an announcement of an announcement, but that isn’t too strange of a thing for Nintendo to do. It’s also a bit of non-news, but at least this gives me a chance to remind people that we don’t know the games we’re getting, nor do we know the release date.

Speaking of the update, will the new Find Mii Quest replace the first one? i’m on the last room on my second playthrough and i want to know if i would still be able to get the Ultimate Hat after i update my 3DS. Thanks to anyone who answers.

Is there any SURE news yet? The UK says in an advert, that it will be on November 30, the last day. Nintendo said late November. The 22nd for Australia is rumored to be their update by several sources. I thought maybe tomorrow would be ours too, or today, because looking at past updates, we ALWAYS got our updates before Australia, and one time we got it on the same day as Australia. Does anyone know anything??

Time zones are different like example in usa its 20 and in australia its 21 (in australia we are 1 date ahead of usa :D)

Finally! I’ve been waiting to hear news about that forever! Except this doesn’t sound like anything new. You do know that the ambassador program came with a “certificate” to announce when said games were out right? So this seems a bit strange to hear about. Whatever, news is news.
All I know is that Yoshi’s Island is coming to the 3ds. Check Yoshi’s Official facebook page. can’t wait!

and to answer your question, you can. In the system update, you can transfer over 3DSWare and Virtual Console games to other 3DS systems.
Key word there is transfer, not copy

If it’s the 22nd for Australia,then It should be later today that the US gets the update,or maybe even at midnight. Nintendo has simultaneous updates,it’s just a matter of knowing the time zones.

i just bought the game skyward sword limited edition and is garbage
the wii remote looks like crap the orchestra soundtrack sucks full of mistakes and the game is just ok, the controls are not responsive at times but the game is just more of the same….

I bought it too and the controls aren’t very responsive but its still a good game. The controller isn’t the best but its still pretty cool. I haven’t listened to the cd yet though.

I got it and i thought the controls are great , though they take some getting used to. the cd only has 8 songs but they are like 5-10 minutes long each. The gold remote looks epic and you might as well get it if you dont have a wii motion plus alredy.

Especially because one of the 5 free games confirmed is Mario Kart Super Circuit and people would be like “Why should i BUY the new Mario Kart when i’m getting one for FREE”? Those kind of people are what i like to call STUPID :)

Well at least Nintendo didn’t forget! Hopefully we get them in December so Nintendo can keep their promise of dishing them out by the end of the year.
