Video: Killing with crazy combos in Samurai Warriors Chronicle

This footage is not the best demonstration of *Samurai Warriors Chronicle* as it was the first time I’d played the game and it took me a second play through (which we didn’t get on film) to get used to the combo system and chaining together attacks. Basically though, I’m actually quite amped for this game. I had no idea what I was doing, but just unleashing crazy special attacks and obliterating hordes of enemies was a lot of fun.

    A good game like Samurai Warriors can certainly change a person’s perspective of your typical hack-n-slash be it positive or negative. As you progress you unlock more difficult weapons and abilities so it pays off in the end, if you think gameplay looks repetitive.

    I think this game series might work better on a handheld then on the consoles.

    People are basically had enough of both Dynasty and Samurai Warriors as each game have the same gameplay and add nothing new

    and if you mention “Samurai Warriors: Katana”, I played it.. hard as hell to play and very lousy controls
