The next Nintendo Direct is on June 22nd

The next Nintendo Direct broadcast will be held at 12:00pm on June 22nd (and remember, this is the time according to Japan’s time zone). You can click here to see where it will be live streamed. There’s no word on what might be featured at the event, but maybe this where we’ll hear more about Animal Crossing?

      Sadly I think that there will be barely any 3ds news and if there is its only goana be about paper mario and luigi’s mansion. they r probably going to talk about wii u stuff since nintendo has recently said that there is so much more content on the wii u.

    So, maybe some info on the games being made over in Japan like Fatal Frame 2, Project X Zone, Senran Kagura Burst, etc.

    I just want to see more footage of New Super Mario Bros. 2 because I love 2D Mario games on a handheld rather than on a console. Animal Crossing will be nice, and most likely their going to show more Nintendo Land games and such.

      Its only 3DS titles. My Guess is that they’ll show New Super Mario Bros 2, Luigi’s Mansion, Paper Mario and Animal Crossing. If i get that, mabey release dates for those games.

      Exactly my friend. ALL I WANT is a NA release date for Fire Emblem and a JP release date for Bravely Default. Honestly, that’s not a whole lot to ask for but realistically, I doubt Nintendo will address either as they never tend to do anything of note in these Nintendo Direct conferences. After the joke they called E3 2012…it’s going to take a lot to regain my confidence in them.

    When the 3DS E3 trailers were released in Australia today it was a different video interface than older trailers (fast forward and rewind buttons) which means they mite reveal 3DS movies.

    I think it will mainly be an E3 recap (with new gameplay footage of games already shown), a few Kirby related stuff (seeing how it is the Kirby anniversary), maybe a system update, perhaps something Zelda (although I have doubts about that because according to Miyamoto they were still deciding what approach to take [unless he was speaking in past tense and there was a mistranslation]).

    I hope the 3DS gets something about Animal Crossing. It feels like that game was too far in development to not be shown at E3. Maybe it didn’t have that many new features or something. I was just really hoping that game would get some type of info, especially since its said to be coming out in the fall. (In Japan, of course) Knowing Nintendo, it will be about New Super Mario Bros. 2, Kingdom Hearts, Heroes of Ruin, or Castlevania. (Can’t spell it.) They keep on trying to shove that game down our throats. Hopefully, Animal Crossing will be showed

      yeah, I hope so too… and I also wonder why AC wasn’t shown at E3. The only reason that makes snese is that it isn’t launching this year for NA/EU, but that’s a really long gap between the Japan release, and most games are released worldwide within a week of each other… so idk what to think.
