It was reported that the 3DS version of Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward contained a fairly significant bug. Fortunately, an employee at Aksys Games has revealed that they’re working on fixing the issue. We’re not sure of an exact release date for the fix though.

On a related note, if you missed out on getting the preorder bonus for the game, Aksys Games has made it available on their online store. Plus, all the proceeds from the sale of the bonus will go to the Red Cross in Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts. You can click here to find it in their store.

Update: As some of you have pointed out in the comments, the watch is now sold out and it looks it won’t be back in stock any time soon.

Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward on the 3DS is unfortunately plagued by bugs. Apparently, saving at various locations in the game can crash the game, and (possibly) even erase your save file. There’s been no word on whether a patch for the game will be released for the moment, but fingers crossed this is sorted out.

According to Aksys, the problem arose due to technical difficulties when changing the preorders that were made before the bonus was announced. Amazon in the US has recently revealed that they do not have enough preorder bonuses for Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward to fulfill all the orders they received. Various customers have already received an email from Amazon informing them they will not be getting the special bracelet with their game. If you managed to secure a preorder bonus for yourself when they were available, you may want to keep an eye on your email just in case.

Aksys Games has announced that folks who preorder Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward through Amazon in the United States will receive a bracelet modeled after the bracelets in the game. There’s three different colors you can receive. Unfortunately, the preorder page for the 3DS version isn’t online yet, but you can click here to check out the listing for yourself.
