It has been revealed that there are bosses in Rune Factory 4 that become potential spouses after you have defeated them. The two that have been revealed so far are the bright and cheery girl named Kohaku, who transforms from a butterfly-like creature, and the quiet boy named Dilas, that turns from a unicorn-like creature into a human. As reported by Siliconera, Rune Factory 4 sees the main character as a prince or princess of a town. You use Prince Points to make new buildings and hold festivals in order to attract more people to your town. Marvelous also introduced a new character named Wolkanon, a buttler who serves a dragon.
