Resident Evil The Mercenaries Barry 8

Capcom is re-releasing a (slightly) tweaked version of Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D in Japan on the 13th of December (and 27th of December for the eShop). This version will allow players to create new save files, a feature that wasn’t in the original version.

We’re now doing something new, I’ve been experimenting on capturing 3DS in-game footage in the best quality. Why are we doing this? It is because we want to share with you our own previews, reviews and walkthrough of new 3DS games in the best quality, of course. To see another example of a 3DS footage I’ve captured, you can check out the video after the break, and don’t forget to subscribe to the channel to see more 3DS previews.

Resident Evil: The Mercenaries save files cannot be reset. Christian Svensson of Capcom has now said that we probably won’t “see something like that happen again.” And while some argue that the feature was included in the game to deter used game sales, Svensson assures that was never their intent. For those interested, it is possible to manually delete save files with this adapter.
