We heard that demos will be supported with the next system update for the 3DS. So, when asked about the possibility of a demo for Resident Evil: Revelations, Christian Svensson of Capcom replied:

We’re in talks with Nintendo about that and I agree, I think that would help sales a lot. For that to happen we need to get permission to use a larger filesize than demos currently are allowed.

So, there you have it. A demo of Resident Evil: Revelations might be coming to the 3DS.

Ryan McDougall of Capcom has revealed that the slider pad will be available in North America before Resident Evil: Revelations is released on February 7th. We’re not sure if it’ll be bundled with the game though.

Capcom has updated the Resident Evil: Revelations website with a new character profile. Rachel, pictured above, is a mysterious woman who is wearing the same wet suit as Jill but her affiliation is unknown. Rachel also seems to be aboard the same ship as Jill and her partner Parker.
