It’s been revealed that Pokémon Mystery Dungeon on the 3DS will feature a special mode known as the “Companion Mode” that will allow you to control a secondary team of Pokémon while your main team is out on a mission. The mode can be used to obtain items that can then be used by your main team. The game also features a StreetPass mode that allows you to send and receive special “Revival Seeds” that can be used when a Pokémon has been knocked out. The latest issue of CoroCoro magazine in Japan has revealed that in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon on the 3DS you will be able to befriend various legendary Pokémon such as Terrakion and Landorus. You’ll also be able to find certain legendary Pokémon, such as Zekrom, in some dungeons. The game will also allow you to team up with up to three friends to take on powerful Pokémon using a local wireless connection. You can check after the break for some screenshots from the game.
A demo for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon has been released in Japan, and you can check after the break to view over forty minutes worth of footage.
