Nintendo has confirmed that the next Nintendo Direct broadcast is on the 17th of April (this Wednesday). It’ll be completely focused on the 3DS, which means we should get a healthy dose of release dates and footage. It’s happening at the following, simultaneous times:

Tonight, Nintendo held a Nintendo Direct broadcast in Japan that (mostly) focused on third-party titles for the 3DS. You can watch the full video after the break, or scroll down the homepage of the summaries of what was announced.
Tonight, Nintendo will be hosting a Nintendo Direct broadcast that focuses on third-party titles that are coming to the 3DS. It begins at 8pm Japan Standard Time, and this is the page that will hold the stream. I’ll post the announcements to the blog once the stream is over.

Nintendo has announced three Nintendo Direct broadcasts for the 14th of February (which is today in a lot of places around the world). There’ll be three broadcasts for three regions:
Based on what we know, the broadcasts will focus on the software coming to the 3DS in the future
