Nintendo has released two, new packs of downloadable content for New Super Mario Bros. 2 in all regions. Both of these packs add more content to Coin Rush mode and can be downloaded right now. There’s also a trailer for the content that can be found after the break, along with some screenshots.
To celebrate the collection of over 300 billion coins in New Super Mario Bros. 2, Nintendo is “offering a free pack of Coin Rush courses that game owners can download wirelessly within the game at no extra charge”. Just be aware, it’s available for free for a limited time, so make sure you download it as soon as possible.

Live in Germany? Really good at collecting coins in New Super Mario Bros. 2? Then you may want to enter a new competition from Nintendo of Germany. The person who collects the most coins in the game by the 31st of December will win an actual gold coin valued at about €220.00.
