Jools Watsham has revealed through Twitter that Mutant Mudds is one step closer to a release in Europe, saying that:

Materials have finally been sent off to PEGI and USK. [We] should hear back from them in about 10-ish days [and then] we get to submit to Nintendo of Europe for approval. It could take 10 days for PEGI/USK. And then take another 10 days for Nintendo to approve. Then released a week or 2 after that.

Here’s hoping that everything goes as planned Mutant Mudds launches in Europe soon.

Jools Watsham of Renegade Kid has confirmed that, in regards to Mutant Mudds, “a sequel will happen one day”. But for the time being, that’s all we know. He said he “must keep the details secret for now”, and seeing as they have a few other projects in the pipeline, it could be a while before we hear anything.

Mutant Mudds has still not arrived in Australia, and that sucks. But luckily, that seems to be changing soon as the game has received its clarification down here. It shouldn’t take long before we see it on the eShop.
