Nintendo has revealed the above, Charizard-themed 3DS XL that’s coming to Japan. Even those in Japan, however, will have a hard time getting their hands on one, since they’ll have to participate in a lottery between November 3rd and November 26th, and winning simply gives them the privilege to purchase it for 18,900 yen between December 15th and January 14th. Bummer, eh?
