Sonic Generations is NOT delayed, arriving in Europe on the 25th of November

So it turns out those rumors were false. Hooray! Sonic Generations for the 3DS is arriving in Europe on the 25th of November, and that’s worthy of a little celebration. And fear not, this is not just the Europeans being lucky. SEGA has confirmed the game is set for a November release in what sounds like all regions.

      I think it might have maybe got delay from Nov. 13 in Euroasia to Nov. 25.

      Internally inside at Sega of course.

      But at the end they were really just saying coming November Mostly or entirely.
      Until most recently.

      But I have suspected with all these rumors that it would be the end of November no matter what; so I saw this coming from a mile away.

      Call it an educated guess maybe.

      I think he wanted it delayed so that it wouldnt come out at the same time as other great games such as zelda skyward sword, skyrim, mario kart 7, and mario 3d land.

    Looks good. But I’m gonna wait. A lot of sonic games have huge price drops early.

      You might need to wait 1 to 3 months.

      i.e. Toys “R” Us and Target.

      So that is smart thinking before 2K12.

      But during 2K12 I would probably stop using that stratagy depending on how all the soon to be new 3DS owners start to buy games around Christmas time & Beyond.

      seems kinda like a douche thing to do… but anyways I don’t think this one will have an early price drop seeing as this actually looks good.

      A price drop usually happens when a game doesn’t sell well for the first few months or lose momentum after initial sales. Sometimes you’ll see stores like Walmart throwing games in the bargain bin to get them off shelves. if this Sonic sells well on the 3DS I doubt we’ll see a drop for a while.

    This is such bitter sweet (but good, overall) news.

    On one hand, another game I’m looking forward to coming sooner than later! On the other hand, my wallet taking yet ANOTHER hit this holiday season.

    I’m sure most Sonic fans/3DS owners will be happy to hear this news, though. :D

    3 skyrim
    4 sonic gen.
    5 batman arkham city.

    ….220 plus tax be around 242ish. I feel sorry for whoever is getting me these but I probably get 2 myself lol.

    game looks really good but why couldnt dimps take this seriously ang do modern sonic right these perople are lazy.i know thay this is the handheld annaversary but why would dimps put emeral coast in there.sega should just drop dimps cuz noone can take them seriously now

      jk but all im saying is that dimp isnt taking full advantage of the power that is inside the 3ds. they still think that 2d sidescrollers is all the fans want.For me i want both so i can have 2 experiences in one

      it’s still coming, but I don’t think they have started to make it yet.

      But it will come during 2K12.

    Its so weird. I’ve never been excited for a Sonic game till now. And I use to play the original on SEGA Genesis. Never really been a fan of 3D Sonic(except for Sonic Adventure of course) Heroes was ok but kinda boring after a while. Hopefully I have leftover money to purchase this game (after Skyward Sword and 3D Land of course).
