The official site for Resident Evil: Revelations has been updated

Capcom has added new information of the storyline, characters profiles and the GamesCom trailer to the official Japanese site for Resident Evil: Revelations. On the top menu of the Resident Evil: Revelations, we see something written with ’2012′, but since we don’t read Japanese, it could be the release date. If anyone can translate it for us, we’ll be happy to update this article.

Update: The translation simply reads “Planned to be released early 2012,” which is what we heard earlier.

    Ran is right it sais action game to be realesed in early 2012. I googled translated it on my 3DS.

      Jill probably picked him as a partner so she can be quicker than someone and he gets eaten, giving her a chance to escape XD

      Jill looks pretty normal to me, much better than her RE5 look. I don’t remember who the guy next to her is but he looks pretty cool! Truthfully I hope they have more cool looking fat people in games, it makes things more realistic.

      Japan and American names usually differ. Just look at the name of the series!

      Another example would be M. Bison is named Vega in Japan.

      +1. Agreed, I’ll buy it used or borrow. Capcom needs to get the message from the consumers you can only screw them over so much before we’ve had enough.

      The game looks awesome. The developers deserve to be supported. Yeah, MML3 got cancelled, so what? Games get canned all the time, it’s no big deal, there will be other Megaman games.

      As I’ve always said, a good game is a good game, & it deserves to be supported.

      That’s how resident evil is called in Japan.

      They changed it because there was like a band by the same name and also didn’t think something called “biohazard” would sell well. ‘Resident’ comes from the fact that the first game takes place in a mansion.
