We’re going to have to wait a little longer guys. But, as Japanese publication Nikkei tweets, Nintendo’s press briefing will begin at 2PM JST (Japan Standard Time). Use this clock to see what the time in JST is.
Here’s a real translation of the tweet:

With a focus on the end of year sales wars, details about the “Nintendo 3DS”, on which you can play games in 3D, are supposed to be announced. The suspense is killing me! To think, we’re so close and yet so far.
I feel the same exact way! This is honestly the first time I’ve done something like this. Wait all night for news. Then again, I have nothing else to do… XD
Here are some quick references based on the 24-hour clock:
Japan Standard Time: 14:00
Central European Summer time: 7:00
Greenwhich Mean Time: 5:00
Eastern Daylight Time: 1:00
Pacific Daylight Time: 22:00
Sydney Time: 15:00
Keep in mind that daylight savings is currently observed in a lot of countries, which could influence when the conference starts in your country! For example, the UK is one hour ahead of GMT during daylight savings.
