Nintendo provides “unofficial” release dates for Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land

According to a report from MTV Multiplayer, Mario Kart 7 is coming out on December 4th and Super Mario 3D Land is coming out on November 13th. Only problem is, they’ve since removed these details as Nintendo told them that these are “unofficial” release dates, so they can’t be taken as fact. Even so, they’re the tightest time frame we’ve received so far.

      i know right. the only good games are OOT, SF4, Dead or Alive, PacMan & Galaga Demensions seems okey to me, i love pacman games

      itz rele pretty bad ass to me but they shuld hav already made mario games as tha firzt games for 3DS bc Nintendo is rele mostly for Mario yu knw.. But zelda wuz the best out of tha ones out so far and ppl shuld vote for the original metal gear to be one of the free NES games for ambasators since MGS 3D iz comin out.. It will let users experience the rare great titles

      Are you talking to me or Nutmeg? Because I actually acknowledge that the LoZ games are very well crafted and are pretty impressive. You can appreciate a game without enjoying the genre.I can play Zelda games and have fun with them. I just get bored quicker than I do with other genres I prefer.

      Don’t worry “Sexual Harassment Panda” I’m 100% sure that they will both come out this year.

      In fact I am personally going to 100% guarantee you that they both come out this year in exchange of luigi’s Mansion 2 & Paper Mario coming out Q1 2012.

      Because they decided why go through so much to try to finish all of these games by the end of 2011, when they can just temporary put aside their lesser anticipated games to ensure that the fininsh these other EPIC games; especially when they started to see that down the line that they wouldn’t be able to finish all of their first party by the end of this year; so something had to give; in order to release of there games this year.

      Which is why people like me are going to have to wait for our beloved Luigi’s Mansion 2 (it’s gonna be my 1st Luigi game) & Paper Mario [(working title) it’s gonna be my 1st Paper Mario game).

      But Mario Kart 7(my soon to be 4th MK game) & Super Mario 3D Land(my soon to be 4th Mario game) were even more higher on my list, So Go Nintendo!

      And Kid Icarus is most likely coming out somewhere from September to October most likely September in Nihon (Japan) & October in Native America (United States).

      And President Barack Obama has further improve our relationship with Nihon (Japan), I just hope this speed up the process of when we get new Japanese Anime in Native America (U.S.) and increases the chances of getting such things that tend to be Nihon (Japan) only; like the video game Rodea the Sky Soldier.

      P.S. Does anyone know when Rodea the Sky Soldier comes out in Nihon (Japan).

    I saw the Dec. 4 date for MK7 coming from a mile away; long before this.

    And we might get SM3DL on Nov. 6; the only problem with SM3DL is it’s cutting it pretty close from the probable time of finished development, but MK7 has plenty of breathing room (1 Month) but still might not be enough for MK7 (at least not enough to come out in the beginning of December) but MK7 will come out in Dec. “No Matter What” (by “T.i.”).

    It’s just I don’t know how many tracks they truly got finish already for the 16 new tracks; I mean we have confirmation of 3 or so, but I assume there are more, but I do like not knowing about the other new tracks to save as a surprise.

    I can’t wait for this game, Hell I can’t wait for the official release dates confirmations!

      theyll announce details by September or October and the tracks look good not like mario kart DS with old, plain tracks. the tracks better be unique so you’ll like all of them.

      I hated the same thing about the DS tracks, but I figured they did that because of lack of memory on the DS cartridge, but Airship Fortress was good and of course old reliable……..Rainbow Road.

      You know I have never really liked Rainbow Road in any version.

      The main thing I am excited about is Mario Kart + additional addon possibility. Which will regretfully allow Nintendo to milk my wallet.

      We get the game and get to enjoy and hey pay a little down the road for a new cup/circuit.

    Wasn’t Reggie the one who said these release dates? When he was talking about the 3DS price drop I think he mentioned that they’re going to be releasing one first party game per month and mentioned those release dates. If that’s the case, I’d say those are pretty much confirmed :P

    I believe these release dates to be accurate. A few weeks ago I actually predicted these release dates and turns out I was correct! I’m actually correct on release dates most of the time.

    December 4th? haha! Here in holland, that’s 1 day before Our own christmas (sinterklaas). and we have the original christmas (24 – 25 Dec).

    I just called Nintendo and they said that Super Mario 3D Land is estimated to be released on November 11th!

    I think we can trust those dates since they’re on SUNDAYS, which is Nintendo’s favorite day of the week to release a game.

      Super Mario 3D Land might come out in Nov. 6.

      But right Nintendo isn’t sure about anything, because the PICA whatever processor that they’d used in the finished version of the 3DS with the Motion Sensors [which was a very last minute decision for the motion sensors (not literally though)] makes the 3DS easily capable of way more better graphics than the Wii.

      So it takes along time for any video game developer to make just one single game for this system.

      But PS3 still has noticeable better graphics, no questions ask, but the Wii U has way more better graphics than the PS3.

      Wii U > PS3 > 3DS > Wii > GameCube & XBox > PS2 > PSP

      In other words the greater the graphics the more time and money it takes to make a game for that system.

      So Nintendo can’t just start making an official release date until Sep. or Oct.; because right now they are not yet familiar with how reasonably long it would take to make each different kind of 3DS.

      I mean they just not to long ago realize that it takes so long that they would have to put aside development for luigi’s Mansion 2 & Paper Mario (3DS) just to be able to release both Mario games by the end of this year. Which means there is no way in hell they can finish luigi & paper Mario to be release this year.

      Don’t be surprise if you have to wait till February or April for Paper Mario (3DS) & Mario/Sonic London olmpics 2012.

    Idea: Nintendo announced Dlc for 3DS right? Dlc for Mario Kart could mean new tracks, more parts to customize your kart. Wouldnt that be great?! Maybe some track packs for $5 each! And parts packs for $2 or $3!

    Mario kart has rly made it a long way. I hope that in mario kart 7 the tracks will “interact” with you such as in mario kart wii. (Grumble volcano, maaple treeway, stuff like that.)
