      I believe that is an insult both to this game, and the developers behind it…
      Runescape might have one or two areas in the game with as well made graphics, but comparing Heroes of Ruin with Runescape?!

      could you get that thought out of your head fast and easy? it’s just disturbing knowing that people compare an awesome game to something that gets worse and worse with every update…

      Runsecape is still good if you know how to play it. If you just don’t do anything stupid or that new people know more about the you, then it’s still a good game. Too bad the combat isn’t quite as good anymore. Anyway, these look good, but they have nothing in common with RS at all. Different graphics, art, shading, everything.

      Lol that’s true this blog has virtually no arguments at all compared to the other ones. I get on this blog every day and I’m happy that most people on here respect opinions unlike the ppl on other sites that are so quick to hate for any opinion they don’t agree with.     This is just one of those games I’m not to sure about. I will wait for reviews, but I would mind a good dungeon crawler to add to my 3DS game collection.

      this is the only dungeon crawler i can think of that doesn’t have a class that has pets of some sort

    I’m excited about this game, and the online features are pretty awesome, but at the same time, I’m not sure. The classes don’t seem that awesome, kind of just our familiar mage, warrior, ranger, ect. And I wish the character customization was more than just a few options. But I’m hoping for the best on this one!

    The graphics may not be too pretty, but the gameplay surely seems to be great. The classes seem fine to me, and even though there are only four classes to choose from, the games that have a whole lot more tend to have less customization for each class, meaning anyone who picks the same class as another would generally be the same. So a lot of customization for one class could be a great thing.

    too be honest, I don’t think this will get many ‘average; scores, maybe a 6 or a 7 likes ToTA, otherwise, I’m just gonna wait till there reviews come out, if they recommend it, then I’ll get it.

    It’s bullshit how nintendoeverything just puts their name on someone else’s screenshots. This was from over a month ago, and they just posted it as “new”.

    i was so up on getting this game, but im thinking of not buying it. they lied about the game, it doesnt look like in the screenshots. the whole game is so horruble from the demo i saw.

      How old was the demo? It could be that the demo you played is months old and the game has improved since then.

    fine i admit it, the 3ds has a better line up than the vita (although the vita still has awesome games)
    3ds owners are going to have a great time this year and specially this summer
    although i am not going to be playing videogames this summer because i am going back to my country :D
    so who is excited for this year?( by the way tell me if i forgot any game)

      New Super Mario Bros 2 and Heroes of Ruin do not necessarily have confirmed release dates. Amazon has Heroes of Ruin listed as July 17th and there’s some confusion because it was June 26th before. New Super Mario Bros 2 says August, but no actual date was announced.

    It’s almost here! I can’t wait for this game. One query I have though, with regards to the Online Voice chat.

    1. What is the quality like
    2. What is the KHZ/MHZ its encoded in
    3. Is there a push-to-talk option
    4. (curious) but will all 4 people talking not make the sound output awful on the 3DS or headphones?
    5. How many people will buy the headset for this?

    AND i wont give friend codes here. But I will start a forum on nintendo life and on Nintendoblog for Heroes of ruin, unless there is a specific friend code Threat already opened.

      1. Heard no complaints from previews of the game. Said it adds a lot to the gameplay.
      2. No idea.
      3. Yes, there’s the option. Don’t know what button they will make it.
      4. Wouldn’t think so.
      5. I already have mine. I’ve had it since November waiting for HoR.

    wow, I think I can compare this game to tales of the abyss, which is a good thing! unfortunately I wont be picking this up cuz I only have4 final requests

    Hmm ive been hating on the graphics of this game for ages but these screenshots look acceptable than before lol the environments and characters looked poorly at first but now its up to the online, gameplay, weapons and armors, and so on to push the game Well! time to wait for the reviews lol god i hope it has a decent story….
