There are new screenshots from Monster Hunter Tri G that show off new masks for your hunting companions and the new abilities they have in-game. Check them out after the break.

    Don’t really want it. I should wait til MH4 since this is a remake and I’ve never played any of these games. I hope MH4 has online multiplayer.

      It’s not really a remake, more like the obligatory upgrade to the main game. Though normally I would recommend MH games I’ll hold back this time since MH4 is going to change many of the ways we play the game. It’s better not to get comfortable with ”boundaries” if the open world thing really is true.

      Hardly a Remake, more like an upgrade of content, weapons, monsters, areas, quests, its pretty much better than any of the other MH3 games in every single way.

      Not to mention MH4 will have mostly new Monsters and only a few from MH3 might show up in MH4.

      And if it’s on a handheld, it will likely not have online, no matter what. It’s made by Japan, for Japan, where online is not needed and you have to pay for it anyway.

      @Mike S Mine is a 24″ it’s not that small. Maybe the dimensions are just a little different, Mine is a RCA LED 1080p 24″ Slim HDTV. I got it over the Summer ^_^

      I’d preordered the Zelda bundle on November 20th, but then I just got an email from Best Buy saying it was backordered… I read something similar in a gamefaqs thread stating that they accidentally shipped out people’s orders on a last-come-first-serve basis. So the people who preordered on like the 24th got their orders filled, while people who preordered earlier have to wait. Ugh.

      @I am Error What do you mean by “that ain’t bitching for money”? And I have to tell you that if you don’t have an HDTV then the Wii U probably won’t look that good on it, or at least and HDMI port on your TV.
      I agree with you on the screen size though, I think 60″+ TV’s are wayyyy to big.

      @Mike S Good, how much? And thats a really interesting article! Thanks for showing me it, but Nintendo will not be making all of there games in 3D, probably none, because they want to keep the 3DS as an exclusive “experience.” Like one guy said in the comments, Nintendo will be just like Microsoft with there Wii U: Let the 3rd Party Developers take control of the 3D since it’s capable of using it but, Nintendo themselves aren’t going to push it. I’m happy you showed this to me! ^_^

    I bet fighting will be easier in this game since the top screen won’t be so cluttered with maps and item menus. Maybe that’s why it looks so pretty compared to Tri despite having almost the same graphics…

    to all those who gonna skip this and wait for MH4 because of the lack of online and thinking its just a remake are silly, firstly you’re wrong since there’s a loads of content that was missing from tri (like all the weapons) and stuff added from game that never got localized that you will probably never have played,and even without online the game will last hundreds of hours, and secondly if this game does get localized and everyone skips it and waits for MH4 capcom will come to the conclusion that the game isn’t popular on the 3DS in the west so they wont localize MH4. think before you act people :).this is going to be one of the best 3DS games for sure, also to those of you who have never played a MH game, GO DO IT NOW!!!.

      Sure it took all my traps, meats, tranqs and flash-bombs but I did it without getting hurt! Behind the smallest Deviljho (gold crown smallness) helped I guess. :D
