    Noice!

    • TomoNato

      nice… XD

  • millsy

    Looks kinda stupid

    • EpicLight

It’s tough judging a rhythem game when you can’t really hear the music.

    • EpicLight

      Rhythm* ..

    • miiworld2

So was Elite Beat Agents. But I ended up playing it and LOVING it!

    • nintendo_fan

@millsy D’you even watched the entire video before saying it’s stupid?

Watch it again, especially at the 4:39 part.

  • Paul

Does anyone know if its being localized outside of japan? Reminds me of EBA and the difficulty makes it seem fun.

  • kenneth

i wish theyd make a real RPG mode without the button mashing. its kind of a shame this is the first final fantasy game for the 3DS though its kind of interesting. anything about the music i guess is cool :-).

  • Holonboy

This seems like the kind of game that will put me in a fit of rage, thus making me destroy my touch screen…

I like games with difficulty. Might pick it up if localized.

  • revolver89

I wasn’t too sure about it when I first saw footage of the game in action… But when it picks up the pace, it looks like it can actually be pretty cool lol I’m just not sure I’d pay $40 for it haha

  • LazyKite

obscure, but cool. I dont think this is gonna make it to our shores. ;D

  • Alvaster

    Dream Trigger are better?

  • Joe

hate to say it but this looks like a $3.99 Ipod game

    • secret turtle

they probably lowered the graphics to fit higher quality music and/or more content

One-winged angel ftw! I also loved it when they were playing Suteki Da Ne while showing FMVs from FFX. I can’t wait for this game!

  • pableishon

    OOOOKKKKAAAYYYYY………
Im gonna start saving for a spare 3ds because im gonna break my touch screen playing this AWESOME game

  • Mr. Paper

I was going to criticize this game for being too easy, but then I saw this video. This looks way too hard for my rhythm game skills.

    • http://YouTube.com/khfanlizzie lizzie1238

There are different difficulties. That one where they all failed was definitely the hardest. So don’t worry, there is an easy mode too.

  • millsy

I was just saying that it’s got a retarded bird in it. :P

    • http://YouTube.com/khfanlizzie lizzie1238

Wow, you’ve never heard of a chocobo?! They’re birds that are in all the FF games.

  • Soeroah

Am thinking about getting this game, but I hate destroying my touchscreen. I get the feeling a game lke this will make me hit the touchscreen harder than I should.

The manual says not to use unnecessary pressure on the touchscreen, but videos I’ve seen of developers playing this game have them hitting the screen so hard and fast I’m SURE it would reduce the lifespan of the thing.

Mabye I just don’t like Stylus centric games :/ The LoZ games on the DS destroyed my screen protectors, I shudder to think what would happen with a game where I can’t be gentle.

    • DavidW

Haha, never thought about that. I guess you’ve just got to be very careful.

    • Xarreno

^There is no way you can be careful if you were trying for the high score and being gentle. It would drive me mad just thinking about it because I do exactly that. Destroying my DS, that is.

  • Matt

I kind of hate the fact that I was once bashing this game, but now I want it.

  • Kyle

    3:37 – 3:44 Spehiroth!

The game follows the events of the gods Chaos and Cosmos. The space between the two is called Rhythm, which gives birth to a crystal that controls music. Chaos causes the crystal to become disrupted, and the only way to return it to normal is to increase a music wave known as “Rizpo”. Along with Chaos and Cosmos, other characters confirmed to be featured include Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII, the Onion Knight from Final Fantasy III, Bartz Klauser from Final Fantasy V, Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII, and Warrior of Light from the first Final Fantasy title. The character and monster designs are designed by MonsterOctopus, who also designed the Kingdom Hearts avatars found in Kingdom Hearts Mobile.
