Before the end of the year Mii Plaza will be updated with new features, although we don’t know specific just yet. There are also a “number of titles” in development that will “make use of all the Miis that are assembled in your Mii Plaza” according to Satoru Iwata. What do you expect to see?

yes!! a chatbox would be awesome. so that you can actually talk to the random people you meet and not just be like, “oh, i wonder who that person might be…”
hopefully they have games you can play with your friends that also make use of your miis.

And maybe a way to buy a not yet access Panal; without having to relay on StreetPass with just the right person to get the Panals you don’t have.
Maybe a price of like 20 or so play coins to unlock a Panal you don’t have yet; even though it exist in the built in software.
Well they did mention Find Mii 2 and the panels a few months ago. Perhaps they actually finished the pet project early?

And yeah that must be it, especially since these things don’t take as long to develop; unlike other things like Kid Icarus and Kingdom Hearts and Super Mario 3D Land.
I just hope the reason Mario Kart 7 is taking so long (despite the lower quality graphics for the exchange of 120 fps which makes the development even faster) is because they are making it so you can unlock all 100% of the past 6 Mario Karts tracks to play in the upgraded higher quality graphics 3D-fied; which should comes to 96 tracks plus the 16 new original tracks in Mario Kart 7 which makes a total of 112 if they do this.
Or maybe they’ll use SpotPass to add the rest of the retro tracks; either directly into the game cartridge itself or the SD memory card to be access by the game cartridge.

The updates will be free. The software may be paid, I’m not too sure.

Thanks to a combination of how our 3DS’s connect to AT&T Wi-Fi automatically and the 2.0 update making our 3DS capable of doing a system update in Sleep Mode using SpotPass since June 6 9:30pm.

I know it’s for the 3DS exclusively because that’s what the Netflix spokesperson said.

I’m def not paying for more street pass games. Maybe if I lived in Tokyo it would make sense, but I am in Fairfield County CT and walking just to get level 1-2 fighters in a built in RPG, then only doing like .1% damage to my enemies is not something I’m willing to pay for.

I had skip this generation of home consoles.
Good thing to because the only thing I want on PS3 is Final Fantasy 13, so I not getting a PS4 either, but I did love the PS2 more than my GameCube, but Playstation just has become nothing but crap now, plus I can Wii games HD-fied with the Wii U.

So just what is Wii Play, because as I had just explained, I had skip one generation of home consoles.
It is just a game that allows you to do certain activities with your mii’s that you create using the wii. Activities like sports that you can play with more than one person.

More Find Mii, please! I really liked the game, though admittedly it helped that there were two or three people that I passed every day. ^_^
And more puzzle panels would be fun. I really enjoyed getting all the other ones, though I don’t know when I’ll get the opportunity to get many more puzzle pieces (other than the long, drawn out coin way).

Just collect 50 coins every 5 days; then you should use your 50 coins to get the piece.
This increases your chances of getting the piece you don’t have yet.

My 3DS freezes every time I turn on Street Pass for Mii Plaza, but this happened after I already sent it in to fix a dead pixel… Maybe this will fix it somehow, just a change in the app might fix it? I hope so, because I don’t want to have to send in my 3DS twice.
I think you can fix that with the July 27 2011 upgrade; it’s 2.1.4 you can get it now and it seems to fix everyones Mii Plaza.
I hope that there’s a game that allows you to play in the plaza with friends over wi-fi and do cool stuff like “Chase Mii” :D

Well with the price drop hopefully I’ll be able to actually get some Streetpass and play em.
I know they’ll be compatible with Mario Kart 7 (see Nintendo power magazine), they’ll also make an appearence in whatever the new StreetPass Mii plaze feature is (duh), Face Racers Photo Finish, and that’s about all i can think of at the moment.
It would probably be fair to assume that Miis will also be making an appearance in Animal Crossing 3DS too (since they did in the wii version)

Nintendo is releasing a piece of DL software in japan for 3ds Titled Mii theater 3d. which will allow you to implement your miis into different movie scenes and then take pictures of them.
All the Mii Plaza stuff will be free download. In fact I doubt you have much of a choice, as if everyone didn’t have it, it would be pointless. Nintendo knows this.

Finally. I finished StreetPass Quest in like two weeks and the Panals even sooner!!! It can be annoying to get streetpass notifications a miillion times per day and not be able to do anything with them. Hence, my wireless is turned off. So thank you, Nintendo!!

This is unrelated,but i want a kirby air ride 2 for 3DS,it would make good use of the 3D,and the bottom screen could display the map and air ride machines on the map! and it’d be nice if they make a kirby 3D platformer (not 3D graphics,but a 3D plane) since the closest we ever got to one was city trial on kirby air ride.
