Lots of screenshots from Sonic Generations

There are a ton of new screenshots from Sonic Generations that show off various menus in the game and also give us a better look at the beginning of the game and the Emerald Coast stage. You can check them out after the break.

      I didnt really understood ur question but

      It will have 2 PLAYER VERSUS ONLINE PLAY AND LOCAL WIRELESS

      and will use STREETPASS
      and this adventure will be called the Blue Adventure for 3DS version :D

      Yeah, it’s going to have half the home console version’s content. Because the console versions have two styles of gameplay, where the 3DS version has only one. I don’t know why that is (needless to say it’s not an issue of having enough power) but that’s how it is.

      Technically, it does have two different styles of play, but not in the same manner. The consoles feature classic Sonic platforming while the other features gameplay similar to Sonic colors.

      The 3DS on the otherhand, applies platforming to both Sonics. The thing is, it’s classic Sonic and Sonic Rush Sonic. There may not be much of a difference between them, but it’s there. Some people are agreeing that they would actually prefer the 3DS version because it provides more platforming. That’s just opinion though.

    Straight paths and boring terrain everywhere.
    And the replacement of Rooftop Run with Water Palace from Rush? Damn it, Dimps!
    I’ll be sticking with the PS3 version.

      btw, rooftop run was NEVER in this version.
      Water Palace was always the modern stage, yet, everyone mistaked it for Windmille Isle.

      You can think i’m biased all you want. Mario is the character i grew up with. I didn’t even know Sonic EXISTED when i was a kid. Therefore, Mario will always be my favorite, and so far, not a single Mario game has disappointed me :) I don’t think Sonic fans can say that *looks at Sonic 06* yeah, i’ll be HAPPY to stick with Mario :)

      Hey, don’t get me wrong, I love Mario too, but Sonic was at one short point more famous than Mario, which no one else has ever been able to do but for the exception of Jesus. You wanna bring Sonic 06 up? Hmmm… well I wonder what every one thought about that horrendous Mario Bros. Movie? Sonic had plenty of good ones. Now you’re all like “but that was a movie, not a game, stupid”, right? IMO, Sonic 06 was a little OK (mostly cuz I rated the music 10/10, which frankly, Mario will never be able to rival). Nintendo will always be the best, no matter what Game Informer, IGN, and Sony (troll on) say, but to me, Sonic is hovering a notch over Mario. Please don’t hate; I’m pretty sure Mario wouldn’t recommend it, especially since Sonic whips Mario’s ass in every olympic event. (Zing!) ;D

      look, sonic has had sonic 06, what about Mario hotel or mario time machine? EVERY SINGLE game character has a bad game. Zelda has stupid cd-i games, and so forth. I love all three of those characters, but you cant say sonics bad because of one game.

      If you actually look at what i said you would know i never once said that Sonic was bad, i only said that i preferred Mario. I only used Sonic 06 as an example because from what i hear not many Sonic fans are pleased with the new generation of Sonic games. I also enjoy watching Hellfire commentaries do playthroughs of Sonic games, and i would love to get a Mario & Sonic crossover game (Not the Olympics). Also, those bad Mario games you mentioned weren’t even made by Nintendo, so they don’t really count :)

      I see now, but don’t you think you over did it a bit with 4 comments seemingly against Sonic? I mean, the Mario franchise could take a bullet to the head and not die, on the other hand, Sonic’s is pretty vulnerable. That’s why I got all defensive; so sorry. NINTENDO FTW!!! :D

    Graphics are a mixed bag to be quite honest. Some things look great, and others just look terrible. Wonder what it looks like in person… definitely not a showcase of the 3DSs power.

    One member at SSMB already got the game, already most of this level is a strait line and boost to win, Water Palace from Sonic Rush is in this, but they copied the exact level from Sonic Rush into SG 3DS for Modern Sonic’s act, but it still looks like a good game and I’m still going to get it

    Ok, Sonic Adventure 2 (Battle) is my all time favorite game, was with me my whole childhood, and Sonic is my favorite gaming series, so this game is a must buy for me.

    to be honest when i was looking at this on the eshop channel, i thought it was a wii game.
