Konami is bringing Frogger to the 3DS

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Frogger Konami is remaking the game (again) with “all-new graphics, novel level design, and new friends to help guide Frogger to safety.” There’s sixty different challenges across six different worlds, along with four-player matches and support for StreetPass, which sounds like it involves sharing a high score with people you walk past who also have a save file for the game.     Looks like crap shovel ware to me.. I hated the game 12 years ago and not much has changed..

    Ah, the good ole days of computing and video arcade games. I remember having a tape cartridge version that had to be loaded into the Vic-20 each time for playing. Good to see it survive all the street and river crossings.

    would not want to have that even if they gave it away for free. c’mon konami. you can do better than that. yeah, but why sould they try harder. people are buying it anyway. we are living in dark times.

    I’m pretty sure this is going to be a good game but I am patiently waiting till konami anounces a castlevania game for the 3DS (hopefully starring Simon Belmont)

    That looks really really really really bad.

    Frogger is a decent game, but it’s dated. You can’t sell that game now, it’s why space invaders doesn’t work nowadays.

    And man those graphics are garbage.

    FFFUUUUU… MAKE MY BOMBERMAN GAME YOU USELESS DEVELOPER. You buy Hudson and don’t even continue that awesome looking Bomberman game (even if its slowly losing relevance in the game industry). But Seriously stop making Yugioh games and just make one with updates when new cards come out. Stop making Soccer games where all you do is update the roster (you and EA need to stop that shit NOW).
