      @Rej It’s based on the first Indian Jones movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark. This comic is a spoof on the scene in the end when the Ark of the Covenant is opened by the bad guys, causing their faces to be melted by the spirits inside.
      This comic portrays that scene except with the person holding the 3DS pointed at an AR card (hence the word AR instead of Ark in the title) and the AR card being the Ark. Just like in the movie, the spirits are flying out of the object and melting his face (only in this case, due to the awesomeness of the 3DS).

    So… The joke is that in the second panel we’re supposed to believe his face is melting because of the 3D, but really it’s because the creatures within the ‘AR of the Covenant’ which is a pun and reference to Indiana Jones? Right?

    I love how you can put the comic on your 3ds and view it in 3d. All you do is put the file on your sd card and you go into camera to view it! Awesome!

    I need to see more movies then. Of course, I was born in ’96, so I didnt get a chance to see the original in theaters, but my friend loves Indiana jones movies. Off to Netflix!

    But to be completely honest, I HATED this movie.
    Now it had great action scenes and thrills, but the ending…..UGH! Scared the ever-loving crud outta me!!

    Still, funny comic!

    how do you get this to load on your 3ds?

      Go here:

      which is where you can get the file. Then save it to your SD card and place in 3DS. Go into the Camera, and then click “View Photos”. Wait a moment or two, and then it should say something like “Update file support type?” or something and click OK. I kinda forgot what it says. Click yes to whatever it may say afterwards, and then look under April 15th. That’s where mine popped up, so look there. If you did it correctly, it should be the above comic but in 3D!

    Ahh, I remember never looking at that final scene when i was 4 because it scared the heck out of me everytime (and I watched that movie on betamax like, at least 5 times).
