    Awesome! Now that they have the engine, hopefully they’ll start working on a new Shin Megami Tensei game with it! Kinda like what they did with Strange Journey on the EO2 engine.

      You’re kidding right? Please tell me you didn’t just come on here without looking up anything about the series and call Etrian Odyssey a kiddy game. Or did you look at the video/graphics – noting the lack of blood, guts, and dark tones/textures – and jump to a conclusion?

      Whatever your reasoning, the Etrian games are FAMOUS for being punishing level hard. In fact, a person who can actually beat one gets complete bragging rights.

      Anyway from what I’ve heard some of the games are pretty difficult. I played the second and third one but I found them easier than the first Final Fantasy (the original version).

    Reminds me of the commercials that would be played between weather reports, news, and random comedy clips on some subway lines.
    I can almost smell the air down there…

    Appropriate for a dungeon-based game, I guess :p
