You should, or at least check it out because it has one of the most simple yet addictive gameplays I have seen in games.

You obviously play as the slime and your only controls are move and attack (more of a dash really). The basics are proceding through the stage, saving some people, and solving puzzles. Sometimes you fight a pretty decent boss, but that’s not the main scheme of the game.

The bulk comes from the tank battles (or in this case: ship battles). It requires quick action a some actual thought when fighting. You use objects you toss in cannons and you do enough damage until you weaken they’re defenses and storm their ship to destroy their core.

As for the more detailed stuff, you have to recruit members and collect items during your travels to power-up your assault. Weapons thrown into the cannons vary in power, size, and abilities. Some can reflect attacks, do heavy damage, or avoid collision with other weapons entirely (objects shot collide often with enemies objects). You collect enemies by ramming into them during the adventure and after aquiring enough of them, then you can use them for battle. They also vary in speed, size, power, etc.

It develops into quite the experience. I’m looking forward to this sequel.

I hate to admit it but i agree with Josh…….. Vita AR looks WAY better than 3DS AR…….
