    I wanna Play this! :)

    • awesome4eva

      same!:)

  • PK-Gaming

Awesome game, I wanna play it! But I’m pretty sure the 3DS can handle more than that.

    • Symbol de Au

I’m sure it can. This game is a PS2 port. I like the graphics of it regardless though. Also try looking at the images on your 3DS screen it’s not perfect quality but it shows what this’ll look like on 3DS. Looks good too.

    • Symbol de Au

Nevermind the images aren’t going to the top screen anymore >.< .

    • Symbol de Au

…well actually try for yourself cuz it stopped working then started working again…huh.

    • PK-Gaming

Ugh… I won’t be getting a 3DS until summer hits on my country.

  • Holonboy

    This game looks interesting.

What would I be missing from the original Ps2 version that I already have, BESIDES the 3d? Can we expect to see an actual dedicated lineup of overseas Tales ports, not just one for the US and the rest “Japan only” like they’ve been doing lately?

Also, I’m sorry I don’t want to complain, but I just don’t get why developers aren’t investing in new game ideas instead of ports. I wish someone other than Nintendo would step in and push the hardware’s capabilities instead of just releasing something that came from another system or something that would’ve run fine on the DS Lite and adding “in full 3D”. There are other features like Street/Spotpass, gyro/accelerometer, AR, camera, etc. that they could make use of; Miyamoto said they’re free to do whatever they see is possible, so why don’t they?

    • TheFreak

At the beginning of each console’s cycle, especially with Nintendo consoles, since they actually implement ideas unfamiliar to game developers, game developers don’t have enogh time to create great games for launch (or not many, at least) so they do ports, because it shows off a systems’ capabilities (the 3ds being able to handle PS2 level graphics etc, even though it could’ve been better) and it’s a way to give people something to play. It happens every time, so wait for a year (like with the DS, the Wii, the PS3, the XboX) before you see some truly original titles.
Nintendo said they were aalready working on new AR content a while back though

I agree with Freak, new hardware like the 3DS is pretty daunting, and they don’t have enough time to master using the tech and come up with entirely new ideas during the first few months.
Come next year, I expect to see a couple of new games and less ports. Already, by the end of the year, there will be a couple of new games, anyway.

    I am excite :3

3D screenshots would be a great addition to your site, david. It may not be possible, at least not for all screenshots, but it would be a great way for people using their 3DS on your site to see these games in 3D.

  • Alvaster

Hopefully the 3 year gap it took to make awesome games like 999, Geometry Wars, Ghost Trick, etc. on the DS will be but a single year for this console.
RE:M3D was one such step. Don’t got it? GET IT.

    • Marquis

Hell yeah for 999 and Ghost Trick.
I hope the 3DS continues on with the DS’s tradition of having truly awesome visual novels.
That said, hopefully the next Ace Attorney (not Investigations) will finally be announced.

    • The One Who Wrote This

I never played the Ace Attorney games. I heard that they were very good!

  • Crazyhobo100

So getting this when it comes out!
