Konami has released few screenshots from Castlevania: Mirror of Fate (along with some character art) that you can check out after the break.

    I haven’t played any of the castlevania series is there a particular awesome one I shoul play first so I could get hooked into it?

      Symphony of the Night is a great starting place, though it came out for PS. As far as Nintendo goes, if you have GBA, start with Aria of Sorrow…For DS, I’d recommend Dawn of Sorrow. Order of Ecclesia is great too, and a bit more varied. Rule of thumb, stick with side-scrollers.

      If you’re going to play Mirror of Fate, the only one you should play to understand what happens is Lords of Shadows for ps3/x360.
      Buuuuuut if you want a more in depth experience play try Super Castlevania for Snes then Symphony of the Night for psx, they are pretty much the most have to play games in the series, since it has most of the elements of the old titles in the series, and Symphony since it was the title that set the new direction that the whole series had taken as of now.

    I hope this is a lot like the first Lords of Shadows game, personally, thats the best castlevania since super castlevania on the snes.
